Im a 2nd year Teaching Geography student in the Netherlands, love watching your show when in the trains to Uni!!! Have been working hard last winter, wich enables me to go back to France for another season this winter..awesome off course!
I combine my degree with teaching Geography in local secondary schools, and the kids just love it when I talk about snowboarding and surfing in a geographical sense. It helped me to control the classes, showing movies of pro boarders while Im talking about how mountains were formed always helps getting kids attention!
So if you guys ever think about putting some info about weather forecast /differant types of snow / mountain feature stuffs etc etc etc in the show Im the girl you want to email

Hey guys, sure i will, im 13 and im addicted to snowfix although i’ve been out of sport for about 10 weeks now and have never acctuly snowboarded before, In South Africa(where i live its too hot for snow, but good luck on pierre winning, ill vote imediately!!

Hey guys… and gal. Im from Minnesota in the US and it’s gnarly up here. i almost always take the tow rope or the magic carpet up the hill. the magic carpet is kindof like what u see in airports that you stand on and it moves you. anyway, when i do take the lift i never put the safety bar down. i dont think anyone does except for little kids that are just learning. it’s not that we think we’re cool or anything its just like how in the heck do you fall off a chairlift, we usually just lean back and chill. not like lean over the edge and look for gum under the chair or anything. ha ha. i really really want resorts to have like diagonal lifts so snowboarders can get on and not unstrap, its not fair. all the skiers hate us. pierre you rock man! remember to always wear a tie when you board. see ya soon. -spencixty

Just to add something to the chairlift story, I’ve just spent a year in Whistler, BC, and most of people actually don’t use the safety bar on chairlift there, I experienced exactly what you said about looking stressed if you want to take it down..but the worst is that you get used to..I am now back in Chamonix where I grew up and I am the one surprised to take the bar in his head at the beginning of the chairlift when someone else takes it down ! keep it down, that’s the point of having a safety bar on chairlift !

the summer slipped away real fast and now it’s time to hide the surf boards in the attic and get out the snowboards. First of all, I would appreciate if you shift your focus from western Europe and North American resorts into Eastern Europe mountain resorts. Since I am from Bulgaria, I wold highly recommend that you film any of our resorts (Borovets and Bansko are the best ones!!!) I’ll be filming there all February. I wish you a good luck with the podcast - U R doing an awesom job!

The show is great and wished we got the tv show down here in Aussie. For the last three sessions you guys have help me get through summer and let me forget about the 40+ degree days. Looks like you season is going to be a litle better this year. Keep up the good work and dont forget to talk about Australia and New Zealand. By the way in episode 50 or 51 you were talking about the ski resorts in the rockies banning kickers which i reckon is shit. You guys keep on refering in that episode and the next to canadians being Americans. Canadians get really pissed off if you call them Americans like calling you english scots.
